SoDel Concepts’ newest restaurant is a fresh take on the original Bethany-area seafood house, offering “coastal classics” as well as modern twists like crab carbonara and lobster cavatappi. In addition to a spacious inside dining room, there’s an outdoor patio with fire pit, bar and small acoustic stage.

Located just south of The Movies at Midway, Crust & Craft serves classic-style wood-fired Neopolitan pizza, homemade pasta, and a wide selection of local craft beer. The newest edition to the SoDel Concepts family, this restaurant’s focus is on preparing flavorful, handcrafted cuisine.

Offers a variety of craft beers brewed on site and such menu items as char-grilled ribeye steak, moroccan salmon, and pan-seared duck breast, as well as an array of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, soups and salads. This location features a raw bar and many of the menu favorites from the original Matt’s Fish Camp near Bethany, including its signature colossal crab cakes, fried Ipswich clams, lobster rolls and Matt’s Fish Camp stew. Celebrating its 43rd season, the restaurant is known for its longtime commitment to slow food and its use of local resources.

Meanwhile, Dogfish Head remains open with a menu that includes wood-grilled pizzas, seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, desserts and more. The Cove offers views of the lake and 18th green at the Bayside golf course and a menu that features traditional club fare with an emphasis on modern flavors.
